Pre-order items require 100% purchase to reserve your item. This means that we will charge the full purchase amount via your selected payment method once the order is placed. Shipping date is noted in the item description and may be subject to change. Items will be shipped out upon availability.
SIZE GUIDE
Our smoking slippers generally fit true to size. We recommend you take half a size up if you prefer a wider fit for the Classic, our point toe style with crystal heel. For the Melrose and Beverly, our round toe with embroidery detail, we recommend you take half a size down if you have a narrow fit. Our size conversion chart can be found here.
ORDERS
All orders will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Your order confirmation email will display your order number and purchase summary. If you'd like to make any changes to size or style after you have placed your order, please reach out to our customer care team with your order number at contact@sauntercollection.com. Please note that changes to your order may not be possible and can only be guaranteed within 2 hours of the order placement, if the requested item is in stock.

Please note we cannot accept credit card gift cards nor electronic gift cards. The total purchase price will be charged upon placing the order.

Affirm
Affirm is a third party payment service that lets you split the cost of your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, paid every 2 weeks. If you checked-out using Affirm and are having issues with payment, you can find Klarna customer support details here.
Because we provide Affirm as a payment option, if you choose to purchase your order with Affirm, this means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Affirm when the checkout is loaded, in order for Affirm to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Affirm’s own privacy notice.
SHIPPING
Domestic:
Domestic orders will be processed Monday - Friday within up to 3 business days from purchase date. During high volume order and processing periods such as our launch pre-sale, please allow for longer processing times as we anticipate higher order volume. UPS Ground is our standard shipping option at this time, please be aware that the delivery time is dependent upon your order's destination. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout will not include processing time so please keep that in mind. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your UPS tracking number, and other shipping information.
All packages require signature upon delivery so please make sure someone is available to accept and sign for your package. If you would like to waive signature upon delivery, please contact us at contact@sauntercollection.com. If your order has already shipped and you would like to change your address, please head to the UPS website to do so. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Please note, we are not responsible for additional duties and taxes that you may be charged when your order arrives in your country. Customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders.

RETURNS
We do not offer refunds for returns at this time.
Exchanges within 7 days of your order's delivery date will be accepted for size or style exchange only. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping for international returns for exchange is at your own cost.
