HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that will be available at a later date. When you place your order, we will charge your payment method you have selected. After the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the item or payment method. The estimated shipment date is viewable on the product's page, in the cart and will be on your confirmation email. Because orders are processed automatically, the actual shipping date might vary.

 

WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER?
Our smoking slippers generally fit true to size. 

We recommend you take half a size up if a wider fit is preferred for the Classic, our pointed toe style with crystal heel. Due to the pointed toe design, the fit is meant to be the perfect fit.

For the Melrose and Beverly, our round toe with embroidery detail, we recommend you take half a size down for a narrow fit. If you prefer a wider fit, please take true to size. Our smoking slippers should be worn as a relaxed fit.

IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, HOW CAN I PURCHASE?
Our purchase orders are small batch and each pair of shoes are handmade, so they are limited in quantity. If an item is sold out, you can sign up for an email notification for when the item is back in stock. You can also send us an email request at contact@sauntercollection.com.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Your order is estimated to be shipped on November 20, 2023. This is an estimated ship date and not a guarantee. We are anticipating higher order volume for SAUNTER’s launch and pre-sale, please be patient with us and allow for longer processing times during this time. Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please keep in mind that the estimated ship date occurs the week of Thanksgiving, a major holiday in the US, so we ask for your understanding if your item takes longer than usual to arrive.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We do not offer refunds for returns at this time.

Exchanges within 7 days of your order's delivery date will be accepted for size or style exchange only. All items requested for an exchange must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer care team at contact@sauntercollection.com

Due to our brand launch coinciding with the 2023 holiday season, we will offer, for a limited time, an extended holiday return policy. All purchases made on this Site from October 20, 2023 - December 31, 2023 will be able to initiate a return for exchange until January 8, 2024. Other than this extension of time, all other terms and conditions of our return policy apply. Our detailed return policy can be found here.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. You can also make purchases through Affirm, a third-party payment partner that gives you options for interest-free payments.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING OPTIONS?
We currently do not offer gift packaging. While we cannot promise anything, we are always available at contact@sauntercollection.com for any special requests, suggestions, and comments.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We will promptly send you the correct one or replace the item so long as it is in new and unworn condition. If you have any issues, please email contact@sauntercollection.com with your order number and evidentiary photos.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
We are unable to send to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please contact our customer care team at contact@sauntercollection.com to explore possible options.

 

MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order has not yet shipped, yes. Email us at contact@sauntercollection.com and our team will assist you to make this change.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Ground shipping is complimentary for our clients in the United States. You may choose to upgrade your shipping option to priority for $25.00. 

For our International clients, economy shipping is $30.00 USD with our courier partners. You may choose to upgrade your shipping option to standard for $40.00 USD.

 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM’S DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS?
We are not responsible for additional duties and taxes that you may be charged when your order arrives in your country. Customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY SMOKING SLIPPERS?
We use the best quality suede on the market. With wear, suede will naturally form to your foot and color variations may appear due to the rub of the leather- this is natural and normal. You can gently remove surface dirt and give the fabrication a pick me up by using a soft suede brush. Avoid water! A waterproofing spray may help protect the suede from light water contact. Always spot test products first to ensure that the color is protected and the leather is not deteriorating in any way.

The lining of your SAUNTER shoes is made from smooth leather. You can gently remove surface dirt on the lining of your shoes by using a clean damp cloth to wipe away any impurities. The soles are made from smooth and delicate leather and will have different color variations and be subject to marking upon first wear. This is not a manufacturing defect. It is a natural process and part of the normal wear of the shoes.

For the best longevity, ensure that your smoking slippers are stored in their care bags away from any direct light or heat. The Classic, in particular, should be stored in such a way that the crystal heel is not pulling on any outer fabrication of the shoes. Shoes should be well ventilated before storage.
